One Human.
That's All It Takes.

You define the Pacts. Each agent gets its own intent, execution plan, permissions, policies, and completion conditions. Cobo's MPC infrastructure enforces every step.

THE CORE CONCEPT

A Pact Is Not a Permission. It's an Enforceable Agreement.

In Cobo Agentic Wallet, every task starts with a Pact your agent proposes and you approve — all enforced by infrastructure.

📜

🎯
IntentThe specific task or objective your agent is authorized to carry out
🗺️
Execution PlanA transparent, reviewable roadmap of how the agent intends to complete the job
🛡️
PoliciesBudgets, approvals, allowlists, chain/token/contract constraints, and other guardrails enforced by the wallet
Completion ConditionsWhat ends the Pact automatically: time's up, budget spent, job done

THE PACT FLOW

How One Pact Comes to Life

Your agent doesn't get a key, it gets a mandate reviewed by you. Four stages, one motion: from intent to enforced execution.

💬
Stage 1
You state the intent
Tell your agent what you want — in plain language.
📝
Stage 2
Agent drafts a Pact
Agent proposes intent, execution plan, policies, and completion conditions.
👀
Stage 3
You review and approve in the mobile app
See the plan, policies, and risks in one place — then approve, adjust, or reject.
⚙️
Stage 4
Wallet executes under policy
Every transaction is checked against the Pact. Auto-completes when done — key revokes itself.
THE SECURITY DIFFERENTIATOR

MPC: A Mathematical Guarantee,Not Just a Software Promise

Cobo uses MPC as our primary security model to split your wallet key into separate pieces, ensuring no single person, or agent, can move money alone. Custodial support remains available for select speed-first use cases.

🔑

Two Signing Groups, Zero Single Points of Failure

We split authority into two groups: Agent + Cobo and Human + Cobo. No single party can move funds — only the human can fully recover private keys.

🤖

Automated Yet Controlled

The Agent + Cobo group handles Pact-authorized transactions automatically. The Human + Cobo group handles high-value approvals and governance.

🔄

Full Recovery, Always

Humans can back up their key shares and fully recover the private key if needed — maintaining ultimate ownership at all times.

FAQ

Is CAW custodial?

No. CAW is non-custodial by default. Your wallet is secured by MPC threshold signatures: your key share is held by you, Cobo's share is used only for liveness and policy enforcement, and neither party can sign alone. A custodial mode is available as an opt-in for speed-sensitive use cases.

What happens if Cobo is down?

Your funds remain safe. Cobo cannot move funds without your key share, and you retain a recovery path that does not depend on Cobo being online — you can rebuild signing authority from your own backup at any time.

Can I recover full ownership?

Yes. You can back up your key share and use it to recover the full private key independently of Cobo. Delegation to an agent is always scoped to a Pact — it never replaces your underlying ownership.

How much does it cost?

CAW is free during early access. Pricing at general availability will be usage-based. Feel free to request an invite or contact the team to learn more about early-access partner terms.
